Dillard’s Campus Collective is a community of future fashion professionals who are eager to learn more about the fashion industry and gain valuable hands-on experience and connections. As a member of Dillard’s Campus Collective, you will:

Our goal is to build a community of campus brand ambassadors for Dillard’s who are passionate about fashion and style, excited for the opportunity to gain real-life fashion industry experience, and driven to build their strengths as a leader on campus.

    Learn the ins-and-outs of managing social media for a brand as you grow, manage, and create content for your own social media platforms, showcasing your creativity and building a personal brand.

  • Innovate

    Inform Dillard’s Gen Z marketing strategies and future products through ongoing market research activities, such as surveys, calls and insights sharing.

  • ✹ Represent the Dillard’s brand at your school by fully embracing its values and sharing your personal style, outfit inspiration, and trending looks with your peers online and on campus.

    ✹ Curate and post engaging content on your own social media platforms to create buzz about Dillard’s and its latest collections while building your own personal brand as a style leader and influencer.

    ✹ Host exciting on-campus events to connect with your peers and spotlight Dillard’s as a go-to destination for fashion.

    ✹ Influence Dillard’s Gen Z marketing strategies and future collections by participating in surveys and advisory board calls.

    ✹ Gain valuable, paid retail experience by working in a Dillard’s store near you and learning the operations behind a leading fashion business.

    ✹ Join calls and exclusive programming with the Dillard’s Corporate Team to gain insider knowledge about the industry, build your network, and strengthen your career skills.
