What’s the time commitment of being a Dillard's Campus Collective member?
Ambassadors will be expected to commit a total of 25 in-store retail hours at your nearest Dillard’s store in addition to at least 5 hours per week to Dillard’s Campus Collective program (about 20 hours per month) over the course of the semester.

Will I get paid for being a part of Dillard's Campus Collective?
Yes! Dillard’s Campus Collective ambassadors are paid for their hard work in addition to receiving a shopping credit to use at their local Dillard’s store each semester.

Can I apply if I’m studying abroad Spring 2025?
All Dillard’s Campus Collective Ambassadors must be enrolled in classes taking place in-person on their campus.

Is there a minimum age requirement to join Dillard’s Campus Collective?
The minimum age requirement to participate in this program is 18.

Do I have to attend a certain university?

Is there a follower count requirement to join?
There is no follower count requirement for ambassadors’ personal social platforms. However, we are looking for ambassadors who are well-connected, involved and influential on campus.

What if my school is remote?
Dillard’s Campus Collective ambassadors must attend in-person classes on their campus for the Spring 2025 semester to best set them up for success when engaging with students on their campus.
