Dillard’s Campus Collective is a community of future fashion professionals who are eager to learn more about the fashion industry and gain valuable hands-on experience and connections. As a member of Dillard’s Campus Collective, you will:

Our goal is to build a community of campus brand ambassadors for Dillard’s who are passionate about fashion and style, excited for the opportunity to gain real-life fashion industry experience, and driven to build their strengths as a leader on campus.

Join a powerful community to network with like-minded, fashion-forward college students around the country, work directly with Dillard’s local and leadership teams and learn from fashion experts, trend forecasters, designers and buyers.

Gain hands-on experience, skills and industry knowledge while promoting Dillard’s on your campus through detailed training sessions and resources, on-campus initiatives, working retail at your local Dillard’s store, exclusive programming and more.

Learn the ins-and-outs of managing social media for a brand as you grow, manage and create content for your campus’s Dillard’s Instagram account.

Innovate
Inform Dillard’s Gen Z marketing strategies and future products through ongoing market research activities, such as surveys, calls and insights sharing.

✹ Represent the Dillard’s brand on the ground at your school, fully embracing the brand and its values and regularly sharing outfits and trends with your peers online and on campus.
✹ Curate and post content on your own Dillard’s Campus Collective Instagram account to create buzz among students at your campus.
✹ Host exciting events on campus to connect with your peers and spread the word about Dillard’s.
✹ Directly influence Dillard’s Gen Z marketing strategies and fashion collections through surveys and advisory board calls.
✹ Gain paid hands-on retail experience by working in a Dillard’s store near you learning the operations of the front-end of a major fashion business.
✹ Participate in calls and exclusive programming with the Dillard’s Corporate Team.
