Dillard’s Campus Collective is a community of future fashion professionals who are eager to learn more about the fashion industry and gain valuable hands-on experience and connections. As a member of Dillard’s Campus Collective, you will:

✹ Create buzz on your campus by sharing looks and events through your personal social media
✹ Access exclusive opportunities that connect you with the world of fashion and retail
✹ Gain real-world experience that helps you build your resume and kickstart your fashion career
Our goal is to build a community of campus brand ambassadors for Dillard’s who are passionate about fashion and style, excited to share their voice, and ready to gain real-life fashion industry experience—all while building confidence as a leader on campus.

Inform Dillard’s Gen Z marketing strategies and future products through ongoing market research activities, such as surveys, calls and insights sharing.

✹ Host exciting on-campus events to connect with your peers and spotlight Dillard’s as a go-to destination for fashion.
✹ Influence Dillard’s Gen Z marketing strategies and future collections by participating in surveys and advisory board calls.
✹ Gain valuable, paid retail experience by working in a Dillard’s store near you and learning the operations behind a leading fashion business.
✹ Join calls and exclusive programming with the Dillard’s Corporate Team to gain insider knowledge about the industry, build your network, and strengthen your career skills.
