SOCIAL MEDIA/CONTENT REVIEW
Will social media content need to be reviewed?
Yes, all Dillard’s related social media content will need to be reviewed by the Dillard’s team to ensure it is up to standards with our overall vision for the program.
How does the content review process work?
Every week, you will upload your required content to your DCC Google Drive folder for that corresponding week, by Sunday at 11:59pm CST. Your Google Drive will be your go-to spot throughout the semester to upload & share your content with Dillard’s. In order to get your weekly content approved, you will need to reshare the drive weekly with dillardscampuscollective@dillards.com. This will also allow you to get a notification when you receive feedback on your content!

How do I submit my hours to get paid?
Ambassadors are expected to electronically submit their time entry forms every Sunday by 11:59pm CST to your store manager via email with dillardscampuscollective@dillards.com CCed.

What’s the time commitment of being a Dillard's Campus Collective member?
Ambassadors on average spend 5 hours per week with the Dillard’s Campus Collective program (about 20 hours per month).
How often should I communicate and meet with my co-rep?
You should be communicating or even meeting in person on a weekly basis at the very minimum, and we would suggest keeping each other updated daily via text message or email.
What is the timeframe of this ambassadorship and will it continue for the Spring semester?
This ambassadorship will run from August 2025- December 2025. Depending on performance and availability, ambassadors may get the opportunity to return for Spring 2026.
